My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time, Madaline. I'm sure Bear's beautiful spirit, and your love and respect for him, made holidays spent with Bear special in so many ways.
The photo of your Bear, waiting paitiently with you on September 27, 2011, for the full moon, is simple but moving beyond words. When you share a life, and a love, with one of these beautiful creatures, every moment has the capacity to produce an everlasting memory, or ten, or a thousand. Bless you and Bear forever.

02-24-2012 3:15 AM -- By: Brian Haley, From: Santa Rosa That dog was the SWEETEST "bear of a dog" on this planet -- I couldn't wait to get to the local bridge club (where Madaline & I play) on Monday nights to see Bear in the car, reach in through the window and pet the living daylights outta him....all the while receiving licks and grunts, raised paws and he rolling on his back saying, "More more!" Post bridge game, during his walk in the parking lot, he'd pull you, Madaline, for all it was worth in an effort to race over to say "hi" to me....virtually knocking me over. I welcomed every second of that lunge. The photo on this page is just heartwarming. Thanks for bringing Bear to the bridge club and sharing. I am so sad tonight. Hugs, Brian
