In loving memory of our Monty who we love so much. Monty will be greatly missed and be in our hearts forever. You came into our lives just after my mum died and helped us through such sad times. We will always remember you and your funny ways. How you loved the snow and how we had trouble keeping you in when snow on ground. But how you hated the rain and no way would you go out in it. We had to drag you out lol. How you hated having a bath but you had to sit beside it when i was having a bath. How you loved unwrapping your christmas and birthday presents and how we had to hide them from you and the amount of times you found them and opened them and how you helped the kids open thier presents. How you hated me and tony having a cuddle and how you would come in between us and how we only had to mention the word bed and you were up and running up the stairs to beat us so that you could get comfty in middle of bed lol How the cats ruled you instead of other way round how you would walk away when they came up to your food when you were eating and you only went back once they had finished. We used to say to you that you were a disgrace to your breed as you were so soft lol and you would look up at us with your big sad eyes as if to say who me, no way lol. How you let me put the England flag on you when world cup was on and you even let me put england headband on you how you used to jump up and down when England scored a goal you used to go crazy just like me (everyone reckons i taught you some real bad habits)and if England won the match you would run up and down street with me screaming and you barking we were a right pair of nutters lol.the neighbours didn't have to watch the match because they knew the score by our reactions lol and if they lost you would cuddle up with me and look as sad as me You might be gone but you will never beforgotten you will always be in our hearts. LOVE YOU.

 In Memory... Of Monty

You no longer greet me,

As I walk through the door.

You're not there to make me smile,

To make me laugh anymore.

Life seems quiet without you,

You were far more than a pet.

You were a family member, a friend,

A loving soul I'll never forget.

It will take time to heal-

For the silence to go away.

I still listen for you,

And miss you every day.

You were such a great companion,

Constant, loyal and true.

My life has been much richer,

Because I loved a dog like you
