In loving memory of our Juley who we love so much. Juley will be greatly missed and be in our hearts forever.

Our Juley was an extremely intuitive girl and was the first one to know if you're feeling down.  She'd come right over to you and look directly at you with her little black-brown eyes, very concerned.  At the same time, her ears would flicker up and down as she'd intently observe your expressions.

Juley absolutely loved candy, and popcorn!  She had such a sweet-tooth, and you'd find candy wrappers all over the place, as she'd sneak candies out of her Daddy's pockets.  She was your constant companion whenever you had a bowl of popcorn.  She was able to catch popcorn in mid-air, from any direction.  She was also very good at catching flies.

Juley would pal around with and dominate Skylar, her younger brother, but she respected Brandy, her older sister, and knew not to mess with her -- although a couple of times, they had a vicious "cat" fight, as she was also very competitive.  She was very assertive and dominant, and a wanna-be Alpha!  She growled when she was given more affection than she wanted.

Juley was extremely territorial, especially with her bones and "her office!".  Daddy & Skylar, especially, were not allowed in her office, only Mommy was allowed.  If anyone else even went so far as walked near her office, she'd run up ahead of them, plant herself down inside the office, and ward them off with her intimidating stare and growl.  If you looked beneath the bookcase in the office and under (her) desk, all the bones she stole from her brother & sister were found there.

Juley was very ticklish.  When you scratched her back, she'd arch it, or sway her body back & forth, and sometimes even kicked out her hind legs, like a donkey. She was a very good swimmer and swam very fast.

She walked like a girl, partly because her hips weren't so healthy.  However, she was cute the way she walked, as she'd sway back her rear back & forth as her tail swished back & forth.  She really was "Such a Girl!"  Her favorite colors were red & pink!

To have loved and then said farewell, is better than to have never loved at all.  For all of the times that you have stooped and pet my head, fed me my favorite treat and returned the love that I so unconditionally gave to you; for the care that you gave to me so unselfishly. For all of these things I am grateful and thankful.

I ask that you not grieve for the loss, but rejoice in the fact that I have lived, loved and touched others’ lives. My life was fuller because you were there, as my Mommy, Daddy & Friend.

Today I am as I was in my youth. The grass is always green, butterflies flit among the flowers and the Sun shines gently down upon all of God's creatures.
I can run, jump, play and do all of the things that I did in my youth. There is no sickness, no aching joints and no regrets and no aging.

I await the arrival of my loved ones, and know that our togetherness is forever. You live in my heart as I live in yours.

So don't hold the love that you have within yourself. Give it to another like me and then I will live forever. For love never dies, and you are loved and missed as surely as I am!
